Here's a thought. If I were Itochu, I would consider taking up all of the share rights at the bargain basement price available to them, getting 40% of ACE for next to nothing, and then bid for AGS at fair value. Then they either get 25% of B4M quite cheaply (since they only buy the other 60% at that price), or Quasar use their pre-emptive rights to match the offer, in which case Itochu make a killing on their 40%.
Note, this isn't something I think is particularly good for us current shareholders, but just an idea out of left field.
