As far as I can see, none of the conditions attached are especially onerous or unexpected. All have been covered in great detail in the original EIS documents.

TAM meeting has been scheduled for 24 August to discuss and seek shareholder approval for the lease and possible sale of Coyote assets to ABU.

Once that is done and dusted, it should be full steam ahead for the start of commercial mining and initial processing though Coyote to confirm the plant performs as desired.
