Easy to answer your question re where is the money coming from. At the end of last year (as per TON's 2013 annual report) they had approx. $3m in the bank and as per the presentation release of today, they have $12m which includes the SPP. I also understand that a lot of options have been hitting their permitted sell/buy points which would enable some of the lucky option holders to re invest in the company. A lot of company directors have margin loans and/or director loan accounts and it wouldn't surprise me if a lot of the money is being re-invested by the Directors as well.
