Offer is for 'fully paid ordinary shares" ….. Unless a caveat is stipulated in the announcement (offer document) they can be traded anytime after receipt,
but as you say H .. very doubtful they would be initially

Note * "The shares subject to this placement are expected to be allotted the week beginning 28 July 2014.” …… “allotted” does not mean shares issued so that could be days/weeks later.
