    Could it be possible that the decision is ready to roll and as carpeter is such good friends with the CEO of RIO he has palmed it off as to not offend his good mate when he awards the EL to CAZ.

    It's in the public interest that this decision is made asap. At least the lawyers will be getting a nice valentines present from the WA state government cutesy of the taxpayers. Kickbacks disguised, it makes my physically sick.

    Haven't seen the article is anyone able to post it.
