Probably to do with NCM June quarterly that may be disappointing. Usually if numbers are good, co's want to present them to market asap. SO if one says SLR is waiting till the last minute, one has to assume their number are sh*t. That is also what I think, although their number will improve starting from July 2014, but not yet in the June quarterly.
