re: gann bearish again - djia 15,000 soon? USA got nothing to do with the ASX? hahaha....

Who buys all those goods Asia produces with the commodities they produce?
What happens if that major buyers' economy slows down?
Will the ASX continue to go north or will it tumble?

I totally agree with sandune. We follow the Dow! Always have. If the Dow goes to 10,000 the ASX will not rise. You can forget that theory. The Dow is all important, that's just how it is. If it falls 200 points on Monday evening we know there'll be blood on the ASX.
If it rises 200 we know it'll be in the green by 40+.

ASX has been driven by the 4 banks, BHP, RIO, WPL. That's pretty much it. All at record highs (although they are coming off...especially WPL). Only way for the ASX to keep going is if they keep making record highs.
