Hope Trees is OK.

Was expecting a quiet day, was going to do some more reading on candles - found some "academic" literature on the web, Really disappointing, haven't tried to replicate the results, but the methodology is simply dodgy (doji!). They just don't teach kids basic science nowadays.

But was tempted off the open.

Took two trades to establish a position. Doubled down on the second. Two trades to exit.
The sucker didn't come up on my initial scans, which meant the holders where waiting very close to the market open to show their hands. Whenever this happens, it proves to be a great trade.

It's all a case of "how long before I get in" in trades like this.
....and you have to be quick...and it feels ok.
