    No mention of patents, noted that also.
    SER looking to develop & sell the IP, not graphene, but I imagine they would need a reasonable supply of graphite for a pilot plant.
    Directors have a duty of care to the individual company, that does not blur across directorships, or shouldn't.
    Not trying to beat it up, but is there a formal commercial arrangement in place?
    As noted, VXL now have an independent research arrangement of their own.
