I think the risk of not getting the mining license is low now that the BEE is on board. Obtaining the BEE has seriously de-risked CCI. But I agree with Deeman, that the main risk is chrome ore prices. The underground operation is uneconomic at low prices. The proposed open cut operation is a lower cost operation so it may be ok. I note that there are other chrome mines opening/re-opening so I expect that in 2008 we may be in an oversupply situation and prices could come off but until then CCI looks like having a very profitable operation.
