The worry is that it's hard to think of a future announcement that could be made to offset the risk of losing 40% of our 25% of B4M for peanuts. The price will be established from the VWAP over August and September, so the DSRD clock is ticking from the end of this month. Hope the bots (or anonymous nominees) will be working for us by then.

Looks like we voted for something in 2012 that we didn't understand .. doh ! A footnote to the DSR Deed says: "The provisions of the Deed are confidential but are wholly consistent with ACE's legal obligations with respect to the Four Mile Project." (my italics)

Surely there's something in the Deed that gives us a way out now that circumstances have changed
