Waterton Global - a Canadian based private investment firm has also ponied up a nice amount to secure 26.49% of MKO by injecting a $1 million dollars at a placement price of 3 cents.

So, with the MD now and Waterton holding 57% of the company, and having purchased a fair slice at a premium to market prices, one would think the auction for the remaining 43% of the register will eventually boost the SP to the buy in price of these two parties.
