Not true Moimoi. It said if AGS were to get back 100% the money would be used to build a stand alone plant. It didn't state that AGS had to get back 100% for the deal to stay in place. So ITOCHU has every right to take up their option. That is why we aren't happy about it.
I can't believe management couldn't see this happening. I always knew the deal was not in our best interests.
