I recall a private conversation with Ramin when he visited Sydney just after he joined UNI.
In short he was looking to invest in his own business after he left BD (and it wasnt medical device related) he was recruited into the Unilife just like writer said, he had a vision at BD of the Unilife model and they couldnt/wouldnt do it.
