Yet the NBN would save households around $3,800 per year and would open up enormous economic benefits for Australia.
I spend $600/y on ADSL which has availability over 99.9%. Where is this saving? Will my desk phone be free? No way Jose'.
I would like these "savings" to be exemplified. They sound an awful lot like "averages". Averages are NOT accepted when the opposition to budget measures is thrown at the liberals. The so-called trials and tribulations of the lowest 10% are presented as "what everyone endures". That's garbage. Note: I have never been bulk billed for a GP service in my life.
The much hated F 35s are costing 12% of the NBN. Somehow, defence is important to me, not high speed porn. BTW any city medical practice already has the communications they need. Most still have zero interest in computer-aided diagnostics.
