    Yes, in theory if.....

But not to residential households. It's not theory with CFU's product.

On a side note... I do tire of the Bloom / mCHP comparison. They are targeting two different markets although Bloom may have designs to eventually move into the residential sphere. And Bloom Energy are not a "great commercial success". They may have big name customers but they are not turning a profit. They are also getting subsidies in certain US states.

Bloom's growth, which some may construe as success, stems from the fact that they had access to a great deal amount of venture capital that frankly is unavailable to start-ups here in Australia. I think that as of 2013 Bloom have raised over $1 billion in venture capital funding over the years. It gives them an incredible financial/developmental/commercial advantage which can then allow them to go to the markets with an IPO at a premium at some future date should they choose.

Want manufacturing costs to come down at CFU? Give them $1 billion...
