It seems that the underwriters have not only got their $540k worth of shares but also have loaned another $540k that can be repaid at 8% within 12 months OR used to buy shortfall shares. Let's see if they take the shortfall and then we might have the answer to WHO has been keeping the SP low for so long, and then hopefully things will start to move in the right direction
