It's possibly BBI had access to M&G at the time, but seem unlikely BBI would have produced a video conferring the benefit of a new technology, when they hadn't signed legal documentation to evaluate it, let alone license and use it commercially.
The terms, POC I (Philips) & POC II (BBI), were mentioned for the first time in the October 2012 quarterly, but given the number of CDA's and MTA's in place at the time (approx 120) they may have had access to M&G well before that date.

We are in final discussions with a large IVD company for a paid initial evaluation of Mix&Go
for their nanoparticle-based system. Work will commence as son as the legal
documentation has been signed by their lawyers.
I'm interesting in what is it about the video wording (which words), that you feel might explain a few things? Too me there's nothing that stands out as suggesting the superior performance is attributed to M&G.
