if I were in the box seat to take advantage of a new technology that could suddenly make currently sub-economic undeveloped "smaller gas fields....in South East Asia" highly commercial, i'd be thinking about taking out some options on a select few of those i'd identified before the vendors realise their potential asset value should said technology prove itself - or maybe it'd make sense to have another entity taking care of this ?
...just daydreaming....
