Just want everyone on this forum to be aware that Balinese authorities has told BARC which is a voluntary dog refuge build with supporters funding to close down ASAP. This is a beautiful sanctuary about 30 mins from Ubud and they are frantically trying to find homes for their over 170 dogs, which have all been sterialised and vaccinated.
