Just to clarify one point, NST has stopped their monthly updates, they onlyhad them during t/o of mines transitions.
Having said that I agree they are a good thing.

ASIC, however, are a toothless tiger. It seems to me to be too fragmented.

I think if you're not happy the best course of action is to pound the company. But if you wish to complain thru ASIC, don't not do it just because it may affect the S/P. Principles over money anyday, I reckon.
