    RESOLUTION 9 – APPROVAL FOR THE CONSOLIDATION OF CAPITAL Resolution 9 seeks Shareholder approval for the Company to undertake a consolidation of the number of Shares on issue on the basis that every 33 Shares be consolidated into one Share (Consolidation).
