oppss... I mean around 3.5 cents as the next target range (2 cents + 4cents *(38%) = 3.5 cents.
we need a good volume...to flush out weak hands before any meaningful recovery. This is why some people say..the market is organic. some bad cells needs to die before a meaningful recovery
