Understand that but no use in pushing up your own cost base when you are going to re-process in house for EV battery's instead off shipping off to Japan and South Korea Chinese govt has mandated to value add graphite into locally produced EV batteries rather than export and bring completed batteries back
also well a wear when China pulled rear earth exports from japan in 2009 it has no bearing on graphite that is a very long bow you are drawing there
