I saw that and thought that there must be a bit to wade through in the lease documentation for Mark and his legal and project team. It did take months for DMITRE to put the offer together after all, don't expect it is a two page document.

We will wait for the details, Rex is letting the market know that the offer of mining lease milestone is very positive based on the rest of the language used. If REX do not accept the offer of mining lease there would have to be some very very special fine print IMO.......

Will DMITRE or the company publish the offer of mining lease? Nothing on any website as yet.
