    Sound move by the board today to take out 6.6m shares through a buyback to boost EPS. Displays good capital management as there is likely little to get excited about in terms of making an acquisition in IT areas of growth, and DWS has idle cash.

    Looks like they have noted the response to a share buyback by SMX, in the same industry. It's price has moved up 16% from $3.55, just in the last month.
