Non binding agreement was reached previous quarter. You would think that the final paperwork can't be too far off now for final signing .

4 Holes completed to date - no report of visuals is a bit disappointing but doesn't mean that they aren't any.

Cash on hand is low as expected but I thought it would be lower. May not be an immediate issue depending on the JV terms.

Over all, very happy with this announcement.
