RungePincockMinarco (ASX:RUL) is the world’s largest publicly listed independent group of mining technical experts.
The company is heading to market with a capital raising, and has been granted a trading halt by the ASX to prepare.
RungePincockMinarco had net operating revenue of $60.4 million in FY14.
Interestingly, Software revenue is now greater than that attributed to Advisory.
Software License Revenue is growing strongly (44% YOY) on the back of new product sales.
The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Friday 1st August 2014, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
