Hostile or not, I think if the offer was good enough they would get the votes and the word "possible" in the announcement could be refering to it having to go to that. I also think the value of WL has been underestimated. We know of the 1 , 2 and 3 p but it has been stated many times by Phil that opening up the area by further drilling could realise huge potential. Some other smarties might have had a very close look at this potential. All speculation of course and T/O might not even be the corporate action.
