Surely you must agree the provision of employment is a greater attribute than the semi employment or welfare dependance of many young people on the Yorke Peninsula. Have you read the Neigbourhood Watch newsletter for the Yorke Peninsula....petty thefts, drug busts un registered vehicles and un licensed driving, to name some of the articles.
