My final post , as I am bemused by your responses and can only summise, you agree with the Hillside development, however do not like losing arguments.


Agriculture is dirty, noisy and disruptive.
Mining Australia is a magazine ( not entirely scientific)...majority of the article where about motels choosing there clientele and not accepting hoares, and of course the horny koala.
If the locals wish to gain employment they will be given the opportunity.
Rex Minerals owns the majority of the land that will be effected.
There has been an active mine on Ardrossans outskirts for 50 years.
Hillside mine ( Historical) was discovered by a local farmer herding sheep (ironic).
It will provide significant upsides to those who choose to accept them,whether they acknowledge them , begrudgingly accept or deny.
Due process has been followed
Significant consultation has been undertaken (best practice)
Farmers are conservative (on the whole) and do not like change.
Perhaps the randy miners will introduce some depth to the gene pool.
