    Fair question.

In my opinion, the three main factors which will drive this stock (in no specific order) are:

    1. The price of gold, which is expected to go much, much higher. Some are forecasting $2000 by year's end. And as Chinese/Russian/Indian demand continues unabated (among others), there will come a day when the criminal cabal's unholy suppression schemes collapse like the proverbial house of cards.

As an aside, but no less important, the potential breakout of World War Three and eventual collapse of Western currencies - both leading to hyperinflation and prices which heretofore will seem minuscule.

    2. A potential takeover. With grades falling and costs rising, companies which are eager to shore up reserves will continue to be on the lookout for smaller quality outfits.

Not that I want this to happen. It simply cannot be discounted.

    3. Gold Road continues to build its inventory. Obviously, the more gold they find (so much of its area remains unexplored) the more value must accrue re the company's share price.

    Hope this helps.
