"Bring on the Japanese offtakes"
Bring on ANY off-takes - Chinese, European, Japanese, whoever, whatever.
At the moment all we have is MOU's (not worth the paper they are written on) and RUMOURS.
If Chinalco were that "taken" with their own vanadium SS why haven't they made their graphite MOU (signed in March) binding/water tight and thrown in a MOU for vanadium???
