I think holders should prepare themselves for grades much lower than 4% in this first load to the mill. Just take a look at the SP movement in DRK recently. Lots of people had their hopes on some exceptional drilling results coming through, and when these expectations weren't met the SP took a pounding.
Once MNE start mining in areas they have targeted/sampled I think we will see grades around the 3-4% mark. However that's just speculation on my part - need to get a bit further along the road and see how mill receipts stack up.
