"There would be a flood of lawsuit cases against the company if the production report did not meet their guidance. I will be the first to take them to court and it will cost me nothing thanks to my cousin's legal background. Recent interview with AL is open to speculations, but let me make it clear, she is not dumb to say things different from the company's guidance. She will be liable, because it is material information and should have been reported to ASX and posted on the company's website." (19th July 2014).
Good job she made $140k when dumping after all her pumping, 'cos she'll need at least that as a downpayment to the court to take Lynas on, IMO. Hey, sydney, I noticed during all the P & D activity of the last couple of weeks that the SP moved by more than 10%, and the ASX didn't issue a single speeding ticket? Please illuminate is from your bottomless wisdom (no pun intended, Byron!) as to why not?
