The $1.8m placement that occurred at the beginning of July is not included in the cash at the end of the quarter so the cash position is really around $4m.  This should rule out a capital raising for a while however the outlook makes it pretty clear there will be one sooner rather than later.  

The wording is also a little insulting: "Quickflix will also be offering all of its Australian and New Zealand shareholders the opportunity to invest further in the Company through a Share Purchase Plan". We have the opportunity to invest by buying on market.
