All reference to being chairman is now removed from the bio of Non Executive Director David Allen Jones.
Robert Henkel's title is Non Executive Director, but there is still mention in his bio of having accepted the position of chairman. Robert Henkel apparently lives in northern California.
BTW, the company has in the last few days put a robots.txt block on its URL. This means that you can no longer look at the changes in the web page through The Internet Archive Wayback Machine http://archive.org/web/
I don't know why they have done this, but it does have the (of course unintended) effect of hiding P1's confusion.
