My fellow suffering Bruthers,
In today's AFR there was an article re Apache reconsidering all its non US ventures.
I subsequently queried as per the following comms chain :
Eric. I refer to page 38 of today's AFR (2/8) re Apache Oil's apparent intention to consider to bail from all non US contracts. I kindly request you confirm the consequences (if any) of this announcement for Buru. I note that a search of Apache's website details no reference to the farm in with Buru. The above is confusing however, I anticipate a logical explanation is available/forthcoming. Kind regards JoshuaC (LT BRU shareholder) Joshua There is no effect on our current contractural arrangements with apache. Those are firm contractural commitments and they have actually paid the money for part of them. For a number of reasons I actually see it as a positive . Any exit by them is also likely to take a considerable time. Thanks Eric
