Evening all. Following closely. But my reading of the listing rules excludes a prophylactic halt ie you must have some knowledge of something material - not just a guess about an eventuality and a desire to prevent trading. A TH of the kind described would be problematic at best, but probably worse.

Which is not to say that it's not a duster. All the speculation reminds me of the last days NEN and I'm still in therapy after that one.
