I think this is what Mac3 is referring to... your posts have a theme of often seeing a problem & rarely offering a solution or answer.... did a quick google search you can find your answers....such as that Pemba Port is already in place which TON Ancuabe project is next to..... how about TON mine Ancuabe first undercut SYR on cost as less transport then long term use that money to pay for infrastructure development if needed and if SYR haven't already done it for us??
