THe financing is the issue given the December 17 backwardation to $84.77 for WTI then the NPV near term of the field reduces even if if all wells were quickly spudded and longer term even less rosy so the sooner funding is in place for AKK the better.
Micro cap oiler TPD (Talon) has had its share price double in the last 3 weeks after a rights issue and even post the record date sp it is holding , I imagine that is because it looks fully funded for it EFS drilling.
