It's the participation rates that's the real worry. That and wage growth. Underlying inflation could well be >5%.
Do not, I repeat do not take Yellen at face value. If she even vaguely hinted that growth and unemployment figures was good ie she believes that they are, markets would go off dribbling in fear of an imminent rate rise.
Yellen will not tell the truth, she can't.
