The Board are in the process of reviewing its strategy in order to find the right project
that will benefit the Company going forward. The assessment and due diligence of
projects needs to be done with these factors taken into consideration. The Board feels
that it may be possible to take advantage of the current cash position to obtain a
financially economic project.

In a sense, suggests maybe they have been reviewing mainly mineral resource projects, to-date, but could be looking to review the scope of their investigations. The most recent director to come aboard, McBain, has a background in sourcing mining projects but given DMG have been searching for over a year now, one wonders if this latest review of strategy will expand the scope of project sourcing to IT and science. The last comment is also an interesting one, "...financially economic project." If they mean in terms of a business with existing NPAT then maybe a share in a production well with scope for further development. Or maybe an IT business? The easy play for shareholders would be something hot like graphite or nickel but once gets the sense they're thinking long-term and quite diligently. Zinc would appear to be an opportunity atm.

While we wait, one would think a strong mgmt team, with previous success, will limit the downside below cash backing.
