Sisyphus, to me a paper profit js as much money as capital. Once IG's holding in AGS was worth over $80m now its around $12m. I think buffet would say paper profits are significant, he probably started with a few thousand, he realised his paper profits before he lost them and reinvested to get where he is today.
"Four years down the track Evidence is miraculously produced four Days BEFORE AGS and H/Q go head to head in Court?"
I agree Metal, I can see two possible explanations, AGS used this as an excuse to explain settling or Heathgate with held the evidence for some purpose. There could be countless other explanations. I think one day we will have the truth.
