The stock market is often (usually?) a reliable leading indicator.
On this basis, if you have a good look at the charts of a wide selection of gold stocks that have moved up over the last year, you will see that they have mostly turned down some time ago. Perhaps you missed it happening.
Maybe the gold boom is already over. Maybe all you gold buffs are living in hope. As someone said up there, perhaps it is time to move on.
Usual disclaimer... I may be right, I maybe wrong, or perhaps if I really try hard, I might be both.
On average, there is something about cash that really looks good at the moment.
