There will be takeover trigger clause in the performance rights scheme. Doesn't feel any better though does it?
I just wonder what percentage of the register is seriously in the money - looking at the volume moving average I can't see that there would be anything more than half the register in profit and probably only a quarter or so seriously in the black with this.
