I don't think Pallister has to indicate that Mobilarm and Blazzed have sold shares, only that he has moved 5mill shares between 2 of his accounts. Remember, as he is not a director anymore, he can trade QTK shares without notifying ASX. This is one of the reasons that management of some companies resign before the ship completely sinks because they can sell without having to disclose. Stinks doesn't it. The QTK chart looks bad and the top 100 indicates the big boys are dumping into the little guys hands.
