ok dm so it's looking like around 863M at the moment (though I assume some will expire worthless etc); plus whatever is going on now... ie: which is it is at 10cents it will take 100M shares to raise $10M...

I had thought my assumptions of 700MM shares post exim deal was conservative - obviously I was mistaken & it cost me.
