I thought the deal was reasonable but didn't vote because I never do. By the time I realised it was close it was too late to vote by proxy. I think they might have worked harder to canvass lethargic shareholders like me. A chaser email with "vote now" in the heading would have cost next to nothing to send out. I think they were complacent and assumed shareholders would be logical, which some are clearly not.

I'll add more if it falls enough, but I was actually looking forward to offloading a few on the rise which might have followed this going through.
