It is a shame but something that no voters may be missing. If it does get voted down who is going to run this side show? Clearly IMO the board and management have had enough and their hearts aren't in it anymore. Some of them will pick up a very handy cheque for not dipping their hands in their pockets once to support the sp. I've said it before and I think PB got a real shock coming from BHP to a small cap. Huge challenge. He managed to lift the sp about 1 cent since he arrived to the demise of this company as we know it. some have lined their pocket, most have lost a lot. that's the market for you. Nothing new here. IMO of course.
